“Natural” sex, eh? What a convenient misnomer. If you posit that any sex is a product of “natural order”, you feed into the very argument that would have all MSM activity made criminal. There is no divine plan for copulation; nowhere is it written that “he” must be sheathed when lying with “he”. It’s hilarious that someone advocating for such carnal pleasure should justify his argument with such a conservative idea.

Thanks for admitting that the desire for natural sex is instinctive and normal, and that barebacking in the age of HIV is a more complex issue than just having a death wish. Sex was never meant to be “safe”, and to make it that way, we have to choose to go against our instinctive desires and give up a degree of sensation and spontaneity. You don’t mention risk reduction strategies such as not taking cum in your butt, serosorting or strategic positioning.

Barebacking is dangerous. HIV causes horrendous health problems and it kills, sometimes quickly. AIDS is a seriously difficult disease. Indulging in bareback sex is short-term gratification with long term painful, exhausting side effects. You can’t tell there is sperm in your butt…the attraction is just a mind story. Luckily, we can change our mind. Do you really want to die because of a story you heard that made you hot?
